ISNAD is an independent, voluntary popular movement founded in October 2023.
It brings together thousands of members worldwide and works to support the Palestinian cause by organizing pro-resistance communities into positive and effective courses of action.
Its leadership includes dozens of experts across various fields—technology, AI, data analysis, media, visual communication, and the social, psychological, political, economic, and historical sciences—alongside specialists in social media, information, and cybersecurity. The movement continuously recruits skilled professionals to integrate into a disciplined system with clear direction, roles, and objectives.
ISNAD pursues a comprehensive project to channel and organize advocacy energies toward the liberation of Palestine. It has launched creative initiatives in technology, information, digital media, and influence, with special attention to public opinion and social communication—particularly in Hebrew—to break media restrictions within the 1948 territories.

Among its leading units is "308 Isnad", tasked with protecting the Arab community from foreign influence campaigns by countering false narratives, exposing fake Arabic-language accounts, and curbing the activity of electronic networks across the Arab digital sphere.

ISNAD is thus a broad, international movement operating across multiple disciplines to advance the struggle against occupation and the liberation of Palestine.
